Karen our business owner has nearly twenty years experience of buying, building, planning and designing properties including the exterior and interior aspects.
What we offer!
- Sourcing professional surveyors, architects and solicitors if required
- Obtaining quotes and costings for submission and approval.
- Sourcing local legal, qualified and insured builders
- Spanish language support and liaison with all local stakeholders.
- Liaison with local town hall and authorities regarding legalities and permissions
- Design ideas and input based on local historical and cultural references and appropriate local materials.
- Sourcing of local suppliers and artisans.
- Project management of work on behalf of clients who locally or remotely located.
Fee: Casa y Campo´s fee is 10% of the final project costs.

at warehouses, bathroom fittings, paint colours, furniture, soft furnishings,
plants – you name it! Karen is such a professional and undertakes projects as if
it were being done in her own home!
