We want to help and support as much as we can by making the process of getting here to view properties as stress free and comfortable as possible for you!

This is why we offer a Viewing Trip Option. The idea is that we can can provide you with accommodation here in our own beautiful village of Lubrin. As we say this is just an option, we will still show any property to any person wishing to view whether they go for this option or not. We cannot help with the cost of flights or car hire but we can offer the following:

A beautifully decorated Townhouse in our village of Lubrín for 2 days and 2 nights for a total cost of 149 euros

To facilitate a viewing trip we are offering modern and comfortable accommodation within our own village of Lubrín. This two bedroom townhouse overlooks the village and offers amazing views of the surrounding area and the village itself. Tastefully furnished, the accommodation provides all the amenities you would need to have a stress free and very comfortable viewing trip. The accommodation offers 2 DB bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge and dining area. It has a contemporary styled equipped kitchen and a small private courtyard to the rear of the property. It also has a  superb balcony terrace off the master-bedroom which overlooks the village and mountains beyond and offers sunset views of the village. It also comes with off road/on road parking, should you bring a car/vehicle.

• It has two double bedrooms allowing up to a maximum of 4 people to stay.
• We will aim to show you upward of 5 properties per day (dependent on location and distances) for the period of your stay (maximum 3 days of viewings). We will show you properties that you particularly wish to view or suggestions from us, with your agreement, of properties we believe may suite your requirements.
• As part of this service we will provide as much information as you require about the province, history, culture, the buying process and amenities within the local area.
• If you wish to stay longer than two days then each subsequent night will be charged at 70 euros per night.
